Where are we?

Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is a luxury executive gated community located on south Highway 27 in Haines City. The location is excellent, with a Walmart Supercenter less than 2 minutes drive away, next to Southern Dunes golf course. The new Posner Park development is less than 10 minutes away with its many shops and restaurants. There are also numerous shops, restaurants and golf courses within a short drive. If theme parks are your thing, Disney World is only 15 minutes away and Universal is 30 minutes away.

Within a short drive of the villa, there are restaurants to cater for all tastes from fast food to fine dining e.g. Sonny's, Manny's Chop House and Bob Evans.

The location is also excellent if you want to explore further afield in central Florida, being close to the I4 and within easy driving distance of both coasts.
