Living Room
The living room is at the heart of the villa and features open-plan living with high ceilings and tasteful decoration. To make your stay comfortable, the living room has seating for 6 and features a pull-out queen sleeper sofa. For your entertainment, there is a 32" HD LCDTV and Playstation 3, both attached to a Sony home theater system. We have also provided a Blu-Ray & game library for your use!

Kitchen
The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped to make your stay as easy-going as possible. The kitchen has a refrigerator, cooker, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and blender, as well as all utensils & crockery. Off the main kitchen, there is a dining area that has a table and seating for 6 people.

Den
The den is a great bonus room for anyone to enjoy. It features a queen-sized sleeper sofa, so can be used as an extra bedroom if needed. There is a large TV with cable access and a stereo that plays DVDs, CDs and has an IPOD dock built in too! The room is tastefully decorated to make the room feel warm and comfortable.

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is light and airy with an archway leading to a walk-in closet & amazing master bathroom. Both rooms are tastefully decorated and add an extra touch of luxury to your stay. The bedroom boasts a queen size bed, telephone, cable TV, DVD player and a superb TEAC radio alarm clock with CD and IPOD connection. The master bedroom also has its own door out to the pool/lanai area. The bathroom has twin sinks, a massive walk-in shower enclosure and a huge corner bath with views out to the pool area. What more could you want?

2nd Master Bedroom
The 2nd master bedroom rivals the master bedroom for the "wow" factor. It is tastefully and elegantly furnished and provides an excellent place to relax and unwind. The bedroom boasts a queen size bed, cable TV, DVD player and a radio alarm clock. The master bedroom also has its own door out to the pool/lanai area. The bathroom has a walk-in closet and large shower enclosure. The room has air-conditioning and a ceiling fan to keep you cool and comfortable.

The Disney Room
The Disney Room is a treat for children of all ages. With its bright colours and Disney inspired decoration, it is will be a firm favourite with children. The room has 2 twin beds with Mickey Mouse bedding and a Spongebob TV and DVD. As with all rooms in the villa, it is fully air-conditioned and features high ceilings.

Bedroom 4
Bedroom 4 is more refined and has 2 twin beds. It is tastefully decorated and is a nice place to relax and unwind. Bedroom 4 has a large built in wardrobe and chest of drawers, so there's plenty of space for you leave all of your belongings. There is also a TV, DVD and cable in the bedroom.

Games Room
The games room is an excellent place to have some fun. There's a lot to choose from and you won't be disappointed. The games room is fully carpeted and has many games for you to choose from. In the games room, you'll find pool, foosball, air hockey, darts, poker and board games. We've also provided a table and chairs to make it even more relaxing!

The Pool
The beautiful L-shaped pool is 16ft X 23ft and has a relaxing spa attached. It is a great place to unwind and recover from a hard day's shopping or at the theme parks. It has a covered lanai with ceiling fan and seating for 6 people and as an extra bonus, an extended patio with 4 sun-loungers so that you can work on your Florida tan. The pool and spa can be heated and also used at night as it features underwater lighting.
Pool/spa heating incurs an extra charge.

External
Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is a peaceful gated community located just off Highway 27 in Haines City. Nearby, are many amenities such as Walmart, restaurants and golf courses. The streets are wide and there will be a clubhouse built late 2008.
